The Averill Park Community Orchestra’s Fall Season rehearsals are now underway, with a program full of light classical selections, show tunes, oldies rock, and seasonal favorites! 

Our wind, brass, and percussion sections are currently full, but we are still accepting string players! We also welcome inquiries from people of all instrumental backgrounds for our waitlist and consideration for future seasons. 

We rehearse weekly on Wednesday evenings at Algonquin Middle School in Averill Park, NY - just a short drive from Rensselaer and Troy. Our Winter Concert is on Saturday, December 19th, with a snow date of December 20th at Averill Park High School. Whether you're picking up your instrument again or playing year-round, there's a seat waiting for you. Come be part of a vibrant ensemble that brings orchestral music to life for our community.
